What is Bawabetna?

Bawabetna is a set of 111 specialized programs, one for each profession: clinics, pharmacies, law offices, schools, workshops, shops and many more. You install the program of your profession on your Windows computer. Your records stay on your computer, encrypted, and the program works without internet.

If you are a professional or a practice

  1. Find your profession's program.
  2. Create a subscriber account with Google or your e-mail.
  3. Download the program for Windows from the Microsoft Store or from your account page.
  4. Sign in to the program with the same account. The first month is free, with all features.
  5. Subscribe from your account page when you are ready: by card, InstaPay or bank transfer, depending on your country.

If you are a client

  1. When a practice that uses Bawabetna serves you, it registers you once with your ID number and you get a client code.
  2. Create a free client account and confirm your identity.
  3. See your reports from every practice in one file, and decide what is shared and with whom.

The ID number is entered once and becomes a client code. Every profession that serves the client finds the same code, and every report gets one unified number with a verification code.

    Ahmed gets a client code

    He registers once, free, in the Bawabetna client app or on this website, and receives his own permanent client code.

  2. 2

    At the clinic: his ID is entered once

    The clinic enters Ahmed's national ID number once and the program finds his client code. After that no employee sees the number again.

  3. 3

    Every report gets one number

    The summary of the doctor's report is filed under Ahmed's code with a unified number: sector, program, practice, client code and his own serial. The full report stays on the clinic's computer.

  4. 4

    At the laboratory and the pharmacy

    They find Ahmed by the same code without retyping his data. With his consent they see the summaries they need, and their own results join his file with their own numbers.

If a client has no Bawabetna account, the program works normally for you, only without linking.
