Ahmed gets a client code
He registers once, free, in the Bawabetna client app or on this website, and receives his own permanent client code.

At the clinic: his ID is entered once
The clinic enters Ahmed's national ID number once and the program finds his client code. After that no employee sees the number again.

Every report gets one number
The summary of the doctor's report is filed under Ahmed's code with a unified number: sector, program, practice, client code and his own serial. The full report stays on the clinic's computer.

At the laboratory and the pharmacy
They find Ahmed by the same code without retyping his data. With his consent they see the summaries they need, and their own results join his file with their own numbers.
If a client has no Bawabetna account, the program works normally for you, only without linking.

One gateway, three connected parts
Your records stay on your computer. Only the short summary the client agreed to reaches the platform, and the client sees it in their own app.
Three words you will meet on this site
- Client code
- A permanent number for each client, such as CLI-EG-7570854300. Staff work with it, so they never see the client's ID number.
- Report summary
- A few lines only: the type of the report, its date and its unified number. The full report stays on your computer.
- The platform
- Bawabetna's website and account: your sign-in, your subscription and the client codes. It does not keep your records.

Most online systems keep your work on their servers. Bawabetna works the other way round.
Your records stay on your devices
Every program keeps your full records in an encrypted vault on your own computer. Only a minimal summary that the client allowed leaves your device.
The client owns their consent
Clients decide what is shared and with whom, from their own app. A professional never chooses on their behalf.

Which computers does it run on?
The programs run on Windows computers. With several computers, one keeps the office's encrypted vault and the others connect to it over your local network.
Where are my records kept?
In an encrypted vault on your own computer. Bawabetna does not host your full working records.
What does the Bawabetna platform keep?
Subscriptions and sign-in, client codes, and only the short summaries that clients allowed. Nothing else leaves your device.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Booking, records, invoicing and printing keep working offline. Whatever needs to be sent is sent when the connection returns.
Can I move my data from my current software?
Yes. Client lists and records can be imported from Excel or CSV files, with a preview before importing and the option to undo.
What if my computer is lost or broken?
Encrypted backups protected by a recovery key that only you hold can be restored on a new computer.
