Bottled water is sold on trust. Every batch must be traceable to its tests, and every returnable gallon must be counted.
Water quality
- Water tests at each sample point, from the source to the finished product, flagged automatically when a result is outside its limits.
- Treatment logs for filters, reverse osmosis, ozone and UV with their critical limits.
Production batches
A batch records the product, the quantity and the expiry date. It enters the stock only after the quality manager releases it, and the preforms, caps and labels used leave the stock by lot. A batch record can be printed, and a recall can be opened by batch number.
Gallons, empties and coupons
Each delivery records full gallons left, empties collected and coupons received, so the bottles each customer holds and the coupons left are always known, by route and driver.
Your data stays with you
Bawabetna's program runs on the plant's own computers with the records encrypted with you, separate permissions for the owner, production, quality, the warehouse, delivery and the accountant, and it works without internet. You can import your data from your previous software and try the program free for the first month before subscribing.

Which computers does it run on?
The programs run on Windows computers. With several computers, one keeps the office's encrypted vault and the others connect to it over your local network.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Booking, records, invoicing and printing keep working offline. Whatever needs to be sent is sent when the connection returns.
Where are my records kept?
In an encrypted vault on your own computer. Bawabetna does not host your full working records.
Who decides what is shared about a client?
The client. Clients manage their own consent from their own app; a professional never decides on their behalf.
Can I move my data from my current software?
Yes. Client lists and records can be imported from Excel or CSV files, with a preview before importing and the option to undo.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, the first month of every program is free, with all features and no card. Your data is saved on your device during the month; after 30 days without a subscription the program becomes read-only, and your data stays and you carry on as soon as you subscribe.
Which languages does it support?
Every program and this website work in 16 languages: Arabic, English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, Turkish, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese (simplified and traditional). You can switch at any time.
