A busy restaurant wins or loses in the details: a dish that costs more than you think, an order stuck in the kitchen, ingredients thrown away every night. Good restaurant software turns these details into numbers you can see.
Recipe cost before price
Record each dish's recipe with its ingredients and quantities, and the software calculates its cost from your actual purchase prices. When a supplier raises prices, you know at once which dishes have a thin margin.
Point of sale by order type
- Dine-in tables, takeaway, delivery and delivery-app orders.
- A printed kitchen ticket or a kitchen display showing orders in sequence and what is ready to serve.
- Table reservations and a screen with today's bookings.
- A cash over/short report per cashier.
An allergy check on every order
Food allergies are a real responsibility. Choose software that records the allergens in each dish and warns at ordering time if the customer is allergic to one of them, so the warning reaches the kitchen.
Waste and stock
Record waste with its reason (expired, damaged, preparation error) and compare actual usage with what sales say you should have used. The gap between them is where your profit goes.
Health certificates
An alert for staff health certificates expiring within 30 days spares you a violation at a surprise inspection.
Reports
Daily sales and sales by branch, best-selling items, and orders by type and by delivery app. Know where your income comes from and how much the apps' commissions take.
Works without internet
Bawabetna's program runs on the restaurant's own computers with the records encrypted with you, and sales never stop when the internet drops. Each role has its own permissions: cashier, waiter, chef, stock keeper and branch manager. You can try the program free for the first month.
Questions?
Which computers does it run on?
The programs run on Windows computers. With several computers, one keeps the office's encrypted vault and the others connect to it over your local network.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Booking, records, invoicing and printing keep working offline. Whatever needs to be sent is sent when the connection returns.
Where are my records kept?
In an encrypted vault on your own computer. Bawabetna does not host your full working records.
Who decides what is shared about a client?
The client. Clients manage their own consent from their own app; a professional never decides on their behalf.
Can I move my data from my current software?
Yes. Client lists and records can be imported from Excel or CSV files, with a preview before importing and the option to undo.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, the first month of every program is free, with all features and no card. Your data is saved on your device during the month; after 30 days without a subscription the program becomes read-only, and your data stays and you carry on as soon as you subscribe.
Which languages does it support?
Every program and this website work in 16 languages: Arabic, English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, Turkish, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese (simplified and traditional). You can switch at any time.
