A fuel station loses money in small amounts that nobody notices: a few litres missing from a tank, a small cash shortage in one shift. Good software shows each of them on the day it happens.
Tanks and nozzles
- Each tank with its fuel grade, capacity and book stock, which follows deliveries and sales.
- Each nozzle with its pump, tank and price per litre, and its calibration dates.
- A dip of each tank compared with the book stock, so the litre and percentage variance is visible.
The shift and the cash
At the end of each shift the attendant records the opening and closing meter of every nozzle. The program works out the litres sold and the expected cash after cards, fuel cards, credit sales and expenses, and compares it with the cash counted. The manager approves the shift or asks for a reason for the variance.
Fuel deliveries
Each delivery is checked with a dip before and after unloading, so the shortage between the delivery note and what reached the tank is recorded with the driver and the supplier.
Your data stays with you
Bawabetna's program runs on the station's own computers with the records encrypted with you, separate permissions for the owner, the station manager and the attendants, and it works without internet. You can import your data from your previous software and try the program free for the first month before subscribing.

Which computers does it run on?
The programs run on Windows computers. With several computers, one keeps the office's encrypted vault and the others connect to it over your local network.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Booking, records, invoicing and printing keep working offline. Whatever needs to be sent is sent when the connection returns.
Where are my records kept?
In an encrypted vault on your own computer. Bawabetna does not host your full working records.
Who decides what is shared about a client?
The client. Clients manage their own consent from their own app; a professional never decides on their behalf.
Can I move my data from my current software?
Yes. Client lists and records can be imported from Excel or CSV files, with a preview before importing and the option to undo.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, the first month of every program is free, with all features and no card. Your data is saved on your device during the month; after 30 days without a subscription the program becomes read-only, and your data stays and you carry on as soon as you subscribe.
Which languages does it support?
Every program and this website work in 16 languages: Arabic, English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, Turkish, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese (simplified and traditional). You can switch at any time.
