The waqf and its assets
- Each waqf with its deed, founder, nazir, conditions, reserve and nazir fee percentages.
- Assets such as buildings, shops and land, each with its title deed and status.
- Leases with rent instalments; an instalment is marked paid only with its payment date, and overdue rent appears by lease.
Expenses and distributions
Expenses by category such as maintenance, government fees and the nazir fee. A distribution lists the beneficiaries and their amounts, and only the nazir approves it. The net available of each waqf is income minus expenses and distributions.
Statements
A waqf statement and a distribution sheet can be printed for beneficiaries, the court or an external auditor, who can be given read-only access.
Your data stays with you
Bawabetna's program runs on your own computers with the records encrypted with you, separate permissions for the nazir, administrators, the accountant and the external auditor, and it works without internet. You can import your data from your previous software and try the program free for the first month before subscribing.

Which computers does it run on?
The programs run on Windows computers. With several computers, one keeps the office's encrypted vault and the others connect to it over your local network.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Booking, records, invoicing and printing keep working offline. Whatever needs to be sent is sent when the connection returns.
Where are my records kept?
In an encrypted vault on your own computer. Bawabetna does not host your full working records.
Who decides what is shared about a client?
The client. Clients manage their own consent from their own app; a professional never decides on their behalf.
Can I move my data from my current software?
Yes. Client lists and records can be imported from Excel or CSV files, with a preview before importing and the option to undo.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, the first month of every program is free, with all features and no card. Your data is saved on your device during the month; after 30 days without a subscription the program becomes read-only, and your data stays and you carry on as soon as you subscribe.
Which languages does it support?
Every program and this website work in 16 languages: Arabic, English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, Turkish, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese (simplified and traditional). You can switch at any time.
